Returns

Please note, that due to food safety issues, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your item is faulty or damaged, please email info@littlesandco.co.uk and we will resolve your issue quickly. This must be done within 30 days. 

Customisable products are non refundable.

We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or misuse.

If you would like to return an item, please send us an email or our contact page.
Please note returns are the responsibility of the customer, who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate.

We cannot accept responsibility for the safe return of these goods. Therefore it is advisable to obtain a proof of purchase, and should the goods not reach us, this helps the customer to raise a claim.

We have a 30 day cancellation policy; anything outside of the 30 days we are unable to offer a refund.

By ordering from Littles & Co you are showing you will agree with our policies.  This policy does not affect your statutory rights

Faulty Goods

If your item is faulty or damaged, please email info@littlesandco.co.uk within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve your issue quickly.

Orders that Have not Arrived

If your order has not arrived, please inform us within 30 days. Anything outside of this time frame we are unable to assist you with. This includes overseas orders. 

Incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods
Anything unwanted or incorrectly ordered should be returned within 30 days of the date of receipt to be eligible for a refund. Returning of items is the responsibility of the customer who is liable for the cost of returns. The customer must ensure all reasonable care is taken to ensure the safe return of items and in their original packaging where appropriate. If the items returned come in sealed packs, these must be unopened.

Limitation of liability
Littles & Co is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages (including but not limited to economic losses, lost profits, lost revenues or lost data) arising out of the access or inability to access this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

Legal
Every care has been taken to describe every item as accurately as possible; however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. All product sizes quoted are approximate. Littles & Co shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from breach of duty in contract or any other way. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
